By accessing or using Kreevo (kreevo.space), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Kreevo provides a social media automation tool that allows users to upload content from Google Drive and automatically distribute it to various platforms including YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials and API keys that you use to access Kreevo. Kreevo uses encryption to store keys securely, but you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Kreevo to upload, post, or automate the distribution of content that:
- Violates any third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights.
- Is illegal, abusive, harassing, or harmful.
- Violates the Terms of Service of the connected platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram).

5. API Usage and Limitations

Our service relies on third-party APIs (Google, Meta, LinkedIn). You acknowledge that Kreevo's availability and functionality may be affected by changes or outages in these third-party services. We operate under fair use limits and reserve the right to pause accounts that deliberately abuse system resources.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kreevo is provided "AS IS". We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the service, or any account bans or suspensions imposed by third-party platforms (like YouTube or Instagram) resulting from your automated content.
