- Account information (Name, Email, Profile picture via Google OAuth)
- Application settings and preferences, such as selected automation schedules.
- Third-party API keys (stored securely with AES-256-CBC encryption).

2. Integration with Third-Party Platforms

Our application accesses Google Drive, YouTube, Meta (Instagram), and LinkedIn to perform automated posting on your behalf.
- We request only the permissions strictly necessary to upload your videos and post your captions.
- We do not sell your personal data or API credentials to third parties.
- We do not access or store any Google Drive files other than the specific files contained within the folder you designate for automation.

3. Security and Storage

The security of your data is paramount.
- Data is stored securely using MongoDB Atlas with standard encryption at rest.
- Sensitive platform access tokens and API keys are heavily fortified before database insertion using AES-256-CBC standard encryption. They are strictly decrypted in-memory during execution.

4. Analytics & Tracking

We use Google Analytics to measure website engagement and improve our services. Google Analytics may place cookies on your browser to analyze how you use the site. We only track non-personally identifiable events, such as page views and feature usage toggles.

5. Your Data Rights

You hold the right to access, rectify, or securely erase your personal profile and automation data at any time. Simply disconnect your third-party integrations and contact us to request total account deletion.
